My family and I had a wonderful time at torch lake cafe. The food was amazing, we were very happy with all of our selections. Our service was wonderful, I can’t remember our servers name but she did a great job. The entertainment was also awesome! The owner of the restaurant is the entertainment, I thought that was very cool. My sister has a 3 year old and he was dancing away in the front row. We will return to try more of the menu. There are limited restaurant options in this area, and it’s nice to know that this place is a total stand out.

While visiting our family, we are from Seattle, the six of us, four adults and two children, ate here here two days in a row because it is such a fine restaurant and experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is interesting, fun and inviting. The entire staff were professional and very nice people. Sophie and Laura (I hope I got that right) were our excellent servers. The food is absolutely amazing, with a well presented, unique and exciting menu. None of us have any complaints, only compliments. On our second visit, I asked who the chef was, and was told his name is Jerome, I hope I got that right. I was asked if I would like to meet him and I was excited to do so. What a polite and nice man he is! I’m a bit of a foodie and I have to say what Jerome and his team are sharing with the community, the fresh and local cuisine is absolutely some of the best food any of us have ever eaten. What a treat! We shall return! Thank you!

Our group ordered the whitefish, ribs, and mushroom bisque. The food was delicious, and our waitress Abby was amazing. She went through a lot of care to help me find a dairy free alternative to the whitefish. Will definitely return, especially if we can be seated in Abby's section again.

Truly our favorite place. Amazing staff and the food is always great. We’ve never had a bad meal whether breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I was just telling my friend that she has to come try the fried chicken dinner sunday—and that’s when I remembered I needed to leave this review! My family and I went out for dinner this past Sunday, and I ordered the fried chicken special. My dad had the same. I can honestly say the meal was to die for—chef’s kiss! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside. The mashed potatoes were incredibly creamy, and everything on the plate was full of flavor. Our server, Janea, was super friendly and even mentioned that she loves fried chicken too, which made the experience feel more fun and personal. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, which made our dinner even better

Killer burgers and more Came in for lunch on a Monday. It wasn't super busy so we got a table right away. Our server was friendly and prompt. The atmosphere here is great as well! The food though is off the charts. The burger was so delicious and packed with flavor. The fries were a bit old, but the burger more than made up for it. I'll be back

Food was great on Mother’s Day brunch! New menu for this summer 2025. Service was excellent. They feature live music starting soon which is always usually very nice. This I believe starts in June?Brunch was outstanding and definitely worth a reservation. The eggs were the only thing not to appealing. Everything else especially the prime rib and shrimp were delicious!! There were many salads to choose from, fresh fruit salad also, all types of desserts and fresh baked and cut ham !! Deserts were out of this world good!!

Hubby and I had just checked into a motel down the road and were starving! We knew by how many cars were in the parking lot that it was going to be good food and we were not disappointed! I was hoping for a quiet place, which this is not, but that was ok. I got the fish and chips and he get the walleye. The only issue he had was a couple of his potatoes were not cooked consistently, but he cleaned his place of food otherwise! The music that night (Friday) was perfect! Songs from when I was growing up, and nice and mellow. We will be back if we are in the area again!
